Privacy

This platform stores personal data (name, email address, phone number, if provided) exclusively for the purpose of using the platform – in particular for creating and managing listings, profiles, and communication between users.

Processing is carried out on the basis of fulfilling the usage agreement, or on the basis of consent where required.

The following service providers (data processors) are used for the technical provision of the platform: Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting, Germany), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing), Resend (sending of transactional emails). These providers process data exclusively on behalf of the operator and may not use it for their own purposes.

Data is stored for as long as a user account exists, or as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of use. Listings are automatically deactivated after their validity period expires.

For the purpose of creating anonymized visitor statistics, IP addresses are processed briefly in hashed (encrypted) form; it is not possible to identify individual persons.

Every user can delete their account and all associated data themselves at any time via the profile settings. Users also have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of their data.
